Services include daily deliveries between the Orlando VAMC, Lake Baldwin VAMC, various CBOCs (Daytona Beach, Viera, Tavares, Kissimmee, Clermont, Deltona, Palm Bay), James A Haley Veterans Hospital, and several non-VA hospitals within a 100-mile radius. Laboratory specimens require climate-controlled vehicles (65°F-85°F). The contractor must also provide urgent pickups/deliveries and Saturday services. Personnel must undergo background checks and comply with VA security and HIPAA regulations. Drivers require necessary licenses and training (49 CFR §172). A dedicated Account Manager and contract manager are required.
Contract Details

- Period of Performance: A base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four one-year option periods.
