Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive aircraft wash and associated lubrication services at RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include:
- Aircraft Wash Services: Performing washes in accordance with applicable Technical Orders (TOs), local checklists, and Department of the Air Force Instructions (DAFIs), including preparations, masking, and documentation in aircraft forms and the Maintenance Information System (MIS).
- Aircraft Post Wash Lubrication: Executing lubrication services as required after washes, adhering to relevant TOs, checklists, and DAFIs.
- Corrosion Inspection: Inspecting for corrosion during wash and lubrication, documenting findings for sheet metal evaluation.
- Scheduling: Coordinating wash schedules with the owning unit's Plans & Scheduling Office and attending weekly "Shared Resources" meetings.

Special Requirements
- Personnel: Contractors must provide fully qualified personnel, maintain training records, and appoint key roles such as program managers, supply custodians, facility managers, and hazardous waste custodians.
- Security: All contractor employees working on or around aircraft require a minimum of a current Tier 3 U.S. "Secret" security clearance or equivalent, and must adhere to OPSEC requirements.
