Performance & Requirements
Services will be performed at Building 101 (Washrack Facility), Spangdahlem AB. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0700-1700, excluding U.S. and German holidays. Personnel Requirements: All contractor personnel, including the wash supervisor, must be fully qualified, possess knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, be English proficient, and hold a current Tier 3 U.S. Secret Security clearance. Background checks and substance abuse testing are required. Government Furnished Items: The Government will provide facilities, utilities, equipment (as detailed in Attachment 2), and consumables such as rags for lubrication. The government is also responsible for hazardous waste disposal.
Evaluation
Award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Proposals will be evaluated on:
