Eligibility & Notes
Offerors must be technically qualified, financially responsible, and have an established business in the Republic of the Congo or plan to establish one within 30 days of award. Proof of SAM registration is required. Contractors must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in pool structural construction and finishes, and provide three (3) references for similar jobs within the past five years. A pre-bid site visit is advised.
