Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all plant labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for refuse and recycle collection services. This includes:
- Refuse Collection: Weekly collection from two 8-cubic yard dumpsters.
- Roll-Off Containers: One 30-yard roll-off container as needed, up to four times per year.
- Recycling: Processing of recyclable materials.
- Bulky Waste: Processing of bulky waste.
- Disposal: Off-site disposal at licensed facilities.
- Exclusions: Hazardous and special waste, and sewage sludge are explicitly excluded.
- Operational Details: Services are required Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor must provide an onsite representative, ensure personnel can communicate in English, and maintain a neat appearance.
