Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary plant labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to perform comprehensive refuse and recycle collection services. The objective is to maintain a clean, environmentally safe workplace free of debris and pests. Services include:

- Processing of recyclable materials, refuse, and bulky waste.
- Provision of government-approved containers (dumpsters, recycling bins, totes).
- Specific tasks involve weekly servicing of two 8-cubic yard dumpsters and provision of one 30-yard roll-off container as needed (up to 4 times/year).
- Exclusions: Hazardous and special waste, and sewage sludge are not to be collected.
