Scope of Work

• Assessing, refurbishing, and potentially replacing below-grade components such as T&C column pipe, water lube, shaft assembly, and spider bearings.
• Assessing the well casing and PVC pipe for damage, with replacement costs to be included in the bid.
• Re-installing all components, adjusting shaft clearance, and remaining onsite during startup to verify performance.
• Disinfecting the well and equipment in compliance with AWWA C654-03 standards.
• All work must be completed within a twenty-one (21) day period after award, with the physical work performed within 5 days of notice to proceed, during park hours (7 am - 5 pm).
