Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to:
- Remove existing swinging gates and dispose of them.
- Furnish and install one (1) heavy-duty rolling steel entrance gate designed for continuous daily use.
- Provide and install a compatible automatic motorized gate operator with a control panel and manual override.
- Install a key card and keypad access control system, including a card reader, keypad, control panel, and power supply, with a minimum of 100 programmable key access cards.
- Perform all necessary electrical work, including wiring, conduit, and trenching, compliant with applicable codes.
- Provide high-resolution digital photographs of the completed project.
- Provide basic training to school staff on gate operation and card management.
- Adhere to all project specifications, safety program requirements (including a written safety plan and pre-construction safety meeting), and COVID-19 protocols.
- Conduct background investigations for personnel with regular contact with Indian children.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Single Firm Fixed-Price Construction Purchase Order.
- Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
