- Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability first, then the lowest priced technically acceptable offer will be selected. Technical proposals must address approach, key project management/technical support, project schedule, and quality control plan.
- Proposal Validity: 120 days past the solicitation closing date.
- Site Visits: A second site visit is scheduled for March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Baca Community School. Interested parties must coordinate attendance with stanley.henderson@bie.edu, cc'ing maryjane.johnson@bie.edu and dawn.sekayumptewa@bie.edu. No further site visits will be scheduled.
- Amendment: Amendment P00001 (posted March 9, 2026) scheduled the second site visit and confirmed the scope of work items. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment.
