Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform comprehensive repairs on Hoop Buildings H1 through H6. Specific tasks include:
- Hoop Building H1: Replace East end cover, install new end door, patch membrane, replace weather stripping, damaged metal wall siding panels, damaged metal corner covers, damaged wood blocks, and install a new gravel bed.
- Hoop Building H2: Replace damaged wood blocks, metal wall siding panels, and metal corner covers.
- Hoop Building H3: Remove and replace existing end and top covers, weather stripping, damaged metal wall siding panels, and metal corners.
- Hoop Building H4: Replace damaged metal wall siding panels.
- Hoop Building H5: Install a new top cover (cattle will be moved out during repairs).
- Hoop Building H6: Install new saddle brackets and diagonal brace pipes for overhead door support, replace East exterior door, and replace damaged metal wall siding panels (work to be completed before H3 repairs). For all buildings, inspection and reporting on building straps, cables, winches, and bolts are required. The scope also includes providing reports on any additional repairs identified.
