Opportunity Overview

Scope of Work
The project involves the complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system down to the decking, inspection and replacement of decking as needed, and installation of a new IBHS/FORTIFIED Home Hurricane & High Wind (2025) certified roofing system. This includes:
- Installation of 30-year Architectural Class-3 shingles (color subject to COR approval).
- Installation of ASTM D4869 Type IV felt and Ice/Water shield in valleys.
- Replacement of flashing on all valleys, walls, and penetrations.
- Installation of new leaf guards on the gutter system.
- Repair of any damage incurred to dormers during the roofing replacement process, including siding and paint.
- All work must comply with applicable state building codes, industry standards, and FORTIFIED certification standards.
