• Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidental services for the upgrade and installation.

• Install fully functional stand-alone CCTV security camera systems and CAS that meet specified performance standards and Indian Health Manual requirements.

• Upgrade the existing obsolete CCTV system to include a minimum of twenty-nine (29) new high-quality cameras with 5-megapixel resolution, IP-based solution, PoE capability, and separate network infrastructure.

• Upgrade the existing Card Access System to be compatible with IHS IDEMIA-ID-One PIV 2.4.1 and HHS PIV II cards, including upgrading three (3) card reader locations and installing electric strikes/door release mechanisms at five (5) Pharmacy Department entrances and three (3) Medication Room entrances.
