  • Upgrading the existing obsolete CCTV system with a minimum of twenty-nine (29) new 5-megapixel IP-based cameras with Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability, a separate physical network for video traffic, and 45 days of video storage.
  • Upgrading three (3) existing card reader locations and installing electric strikes/door release mechanisms at five (5) Pharmacy Department entrances and three (3) Medication Room entrances. The CAS must be compatible with IHS IDEMIA-ID-One PIV 2.4.1 and HHS PIV II cards.
  • Removing and disposing of six (6) existing obsolete cameras.
  • Systems must operate 24/7, with a 24-hour battery backup for the alarm system and a 4-hour backup for ACS and VSS components.
  • A comprehensive 5-year warranty and maintenance period is required following final acceptance.
