- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award.
- Period of Performance: One base year with two one-year option periods, plus a potential six-month extension.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals require submission of three parts: Part I (Summary & Miscellaneous Data), Part II (Price Proposal), and Part III (Past Performance Proposal). Past Performance Information (PPI) should focus on recency (within 3 years) and relevancy, with a maximum of 5 pages per contract. Evaluation will be based on a Subjective Tradeoff (STO) best value source selection, considering Price and Past Performance, with past performance weighted approximately equal to price. Key personnel (PM, CQCM, JSF), subcontractors, and interpreters must be included in the organization chart. A general construction contractor license is required. Performance and payment bonds are mandatory, and electronic invoicing via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) is required.
