Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services for approximately 4,824 square feet within the Interagency Fire Center located at 2485 South Townsend Ave., Montrose, CO. Services include daily, weekly, monthly, and bi-annual cleaning tasks for private offices, open office areas, dispatch centers, break areas, restrooms (including showers), hallways, gear storage/locker areas, and entry foyers. Daily work is to be performed between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday through Friday, and Saturdays between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Weekly, monthly, and semi-annual services may be performed on weekends during specified hours. No services are required on Federal holidays. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies (meeting green product standards), while the Government will provide access, ID badges, alarm codes, paper products, water, and electrical power.

Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit a filled, priced, and signed SF1449, along with Past Experience and Past Performance information. Past Experience requires details on three recent (within 3 years) and relevant jobs. Past Performance will be graded on a confidence scale, considering relevancy, recency, and customer satisfaction. Proposals must be emailed in two volumes to the specified POCs with "140L1726Q0004- SWDFMU Janitorial" in the subject line. Award will be based on a "Price and Other Factors" best-value tradeoff, evaluating past experience, past performance, and price, with all option years considered at the time of award.
Special Requirements
All contract employees require background checks and DOI Access Cards/ID badges prior to working after hours. A transition period will be authorized before April 1, 2026, to facilitate these checks. Active SAM.gov registration and a UEI are mandatory. Invoicing and payments will be processed via www.ipp.gov with a 30-day prompt pay term.
