Submissions must be labeled with the Contractor's name, business address, solicitation number, and point of contact. Offers must include a cover letter and a completed SF1449. Two separate files are required: File #1 for General Information and Price/Cost Schedule, and File #2 for Special Standards of Responsibility.
- Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, with price being the sole evaluation factor, provided it is reasonable and within available funding. Special standards of responsibility include specialized experience in cleaning services, the ability to reach four-story buildings, and two years of verifiable experience with large facilities.
