Contract Details & Requirements
This is a firm-fixed-price contract with an "All or Nothing" award basis. The period of performance includes a Base Year (March 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027) and two Option Years, not to exceed five years total. The NAICS code is 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a $22 Million size standard. The DOL Wage Determination 2015-5489 applies.
Staffing requirements include key personnel (Supervisor, Shift Leaders) with specific experience and certifications (equivalent certifications accepted, post-award within six months if experience met).
