Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services for the collection and disposal of refuse, including bulk waste. This encompasses furnishing, servicing, and maintaining dumpsters, providing roll-off services for bulk waste, and servicing VA-owned portable trash receptacles. Services must be provided in accordance with contract terms and conditions, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as OSHA and EPA regulations. Monthly reports, including invoices, haul/weight/landfill tickets, and tonnage reports, are required.

Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must be actively registered in SAM, SBA VetCert, and comply with Vet 4212 reporting requirements. SDVOSBs may be required to demonstrate that at least 51% of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent on employees of the SDVOSB concern or other SDVOSB concerns. Proposals must be submitted electronically in three volumes: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Evaluation will consider Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price, with Technical and Past Performance being of equal importance.
