This amendment (0002) to solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00208 updates the following dates:

• Site Visit: New date is April 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.

• Questions Due: New deadline is May 4, 2026.

• Proposals Due: New deadline is May 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.

• Item 14: Description of Amendment/Modification (updated dates).

Proposal deadlines, question submission deadlines, and the site visit date have been extended. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00208 modifies the Statement of Work (SOW) section 4 (Submittals). The updated submittals required are:

1. Project Health & Safety Plan
2. Product Safety Data Sheets
3. List of all employees on site.

Additionally, a drawing labeled "wp-d-601-41812-t-a-6" has been added as attachment 5.

All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Bidders should ensure their proposals reflect these updated submittal requirements and include the new attachment.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for replacing the roof at the San Luis Obispo (SBP) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).

• Removal and disposal of the existing roofing system from the ATCT cab roof.

• Provision and installation of a new roof hatch guardrail kit that meets code compliance.
