Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, and labor to deliver and install a fully functional security camera system. This includes the removal and disposal of the existing non-operable camera and utilizing the existing power source. Key performance requirements include:
- A 32-inch monitor for 24/7 viewing.
- An 8-12 MP fisheye, multi-sensor, or analog outdoor camera with Vandal-Resistant Housing, NDAA-Compliant IP, remote operation, and adjustable angles.
- A Network Video Recorder (NVR) or VMS Server with 4TB of storage.
- PoE Networking Gear, cables, connectors, specialized mounting hardware, and an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
Contract Details
This is a one-time purchase and installation requirement, with no recurring monthly maintenance fees. The pricing arrangement is Firm Fixed Price for both the security cameras and installation services. The estimated value for this contract is USD 25,000,000.00, as indicated in Block 10 of the solicitation. The acquisition is set aside for SMALL BUSINESSES under NAICS Code 561621 (Installation Of Equipment: Alarm, Signal, And Security Detection Systems). The period of performance requires completion within 30 calendar days of contract award, no later than May 30, 2026.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers are due by May 7, 2026, at 01:00 PM. Evaluation will primarily be based on price. However, the government reserves the right to consider past performance information and conduct a price/past performance tradeoff to determine the best value.
