Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the design, procurement, installation, and configuration of an isolated, IP-based security camera system. This includes all necessary network infrastructure, digital storage media (for 2-10 days of high-resolution recording), system control software, communications equipment, and power supplies. The contractor will determine the optimal camera quantity and design based on expertise and the provided building layout, ensuring coverage for all entry points, exterior walls, driveway access, parking/storage areas, and fencelines. The system must be complete, efficiently functioning, and available 24/7. Training for four BIA staff members and "as built" documentation are also required.

Submission & Evaluation
