Scope of Work
This procurement involves the supply of specialized shipping and storage containers, specifically requiring adherence to Container Research Corporation drawing number 530E001-501 (latest revision) and all referenced specifications. Key technical requirements include:

- Wire Usage: Prohibition of MIL-W-81381 wire; SAE-AS22759 wire must be used instead.

First Article Testing (FAT)

One unit of CAGE 05259, Part Number 530E001-501, Revision latest, must be delivered within 60 calendar days for testing. The estimated cost for government testing is $12,000, which will be added to offerors' prices. A waiver of FAT may be granted for offerors with recent, identical production history, provided they submit evidence and a certification.
Production Testing
- 100% Production Drop Test: Each container must undergo an 18-inch free fall drop test onto a concrete surface without a dummy load.
- 100% Production Leak Test: Each container must pass a pneumatic-pressure leak test (Method 5009 of Federal Test Method Standard No. 101C) with an initial pressure of 1.0 + 0.1 - 0 PSIG.
