- Software Provision: Simcenter STAR-CCM+, HEEDS Bundle, Simcenter Amesim, NX Design, Simcenter 3D, and Simcenter Nastran Basic.
- Technical Capabilities: The software must operate on Windows/Linux, feature client-server architecture, unified programs for modeling/meshing/solving/post-processing, and include advanced CFD, Finite Element (FE) Thermal, and Thermal System Modeling capabilities.
- Support & Maintenance: Technical services for troubleshooting installation, software incorporation on Navy RDT&E systems, and engineering support for software modeling issues. Annual provision of updated license files and installation files.
- Security: Compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) safeguarding requirements.
