Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for maintenance and inspection services for the support equipment (utility vehicles) fleet at the 436th Civil Engineering Squadron (436 CES), Dover Air Force Base (AFB), Delaware. The acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) with provisions and clauses from FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The services are considered commercial items.

• Maintenance and inspection services for utility vehicles, manlifts, equipment, and snow equipment.

• Services include both scheduled preventative maintenance (PMI) and unscheduled/emergency maintenance.

• For unscheduled maintenance, contractors will provide proposed hourly labor rates and response times.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for utility vehicles, attachments, trailers, man-lifts, boom-lifts, scissor man-lifts, and aerial platforms for the 436th Civil Engineering Squadron at Dover AFB, ensuring their serviceability, safe operation, and compliance with warranties.

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections (PMI) and repairs on specified equipment (Kubota, Kawasaki, Yamaha, attachments, utility trailers, various lifts) according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.

• Certifications: Mechanics must be certified by appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies.

• Government Furnished Property: Utilities will be provided without charge.

• Work Area: The government will provide an overhang or indoor facility for service calls.
