Key Requirements & Submission

  • Organizational Experience Questionnaire (OEQ): Demonstrating two projects involving Communication Tower Refurbishment or Tower Painting (communication or water tower), valued at over $100,000, completed or underway within the last five years.
  • QP-2 Certificate: Proof of current certification as a QP-2 Contractor recognized by the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).
  • Bid Bond (SF-24): Fully executed. A proposal guarantee of 20% of the total proposal amount is required.
  • Performance and Payment Bonds: 100% of the contract price and total cost, respectively, are required upon award.
  • Site Visit: An optional site visit is scheduled for February 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Attendees must contact Nathan Vaughan by February 24, 2026, and bring Real ID.
