Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email by March 3, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. CST. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Technical acceptability requires:
- A total proposed cost for all CLINs (as detailed in Attachment 3, Schedule of Services).
- Images of proposed golf carts.
