Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide gas-powered golf cart support for the 2026 Great Texas Airshow at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Texas.

• Provide a total of one hundred and eight (108) golf carts, including:

  • Fifty-three (53) four-passenger golf carts
  • Thirty-six (36) six-passenger golf carts
  • Fourteen (14) eight-passenger golf carts
  • Five (5) flatbed carts

• All golf carts must be clean, fully operational, gasoline-powered, no more than five (5) years old, equipped with a roof, and delivered fully fueled.

• Provide an onsite mechanic on May 2, 2026, and May 3, 2026, from 1200-1800.

• Provide backup golf carts within two (2) hours if a cart becomes unserviceable.

• Replace any unserviceable golf carts nightly to ensure availability for the next day.

• Pick up all golf carts at the conclusion of the event.
