Extensive paving and site improvements are part of the scope, including the relocation of Turkey Road, access drives, stormwater management, a paved truck loading/unloading area, perimeter security fencing and gates, signage, and landscaping. The estimated completion time for this contract is 1,287 calendar days after award.
Contract Details
This procurement is for construction services under NAICS code 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The solicitation will be advertised as "Unrestricted" for full and open competition. Market research, including a Dynamic Small Business Search and Sources Sought Notice, determined there was not a reasonable expectation of adequate small business responses or qualifications for a set-aside, a determination concurred with by the SBA Procurement Center Representative. Large business concerns will be required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to award.
