Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated using a best value tradeoff process, considering both price and non-cost/price factors. Technical factors (Corporate Experience, Management Approach and Schedule, Safety, Small Business Utilization and Participation) are equally important to each other and, when combined, are equal in importance to Past Performance.
