The period of performance is projected from March 16, 2027, to November 20, 2028, with an anticipated RFP release in May 2026. The competition area is Coast-wide (West Coast), requiring facilities with a pier length greater than 509 ft, specific utilities, and a dry dock capable of supporting a DDG51 Class Ship.
Submission Requirements
Responses are due by 2 PM Local Time, Washington D.C., on April 24, 2026.
- For companies with current NAVSEA MSRA/ABR: Submit a letter of interest including POC, CAGE, UEI, and intent to propose for solicitation N0002426R4414.
- For companies without current NAVSEA MSRA/ABR: Submit a letter of interest (max 5 pages) including POC, a brief company/capability description related to Enclosure (1), and answers to specific questions regarding business size (NAICS 336611), employee count, website, dry-dock/pier access, performance record, organizational capabilities, and plans for obtaining MSRA/ABR.
