- Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II Structure: A temporary structure with generator and fuel.
- Support Services: Conditional power generation, water, and wastewater services; cleaning services (3x/week); site management (site manager, qualified power technician); 24-hour contact with 12-hour response time for maintenance.
- Site Restoration: Yearly ground restoration for Camp Buckner Parade Field, with removal of all added materials.

Important Clarifications
- The Berry Amendment does not apply.
- The requirement for a GSA Contract for Supplemental Transport Services has been removed.
- FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) does not apply to the unrestricted portion of a partial set-aside, and a subcontracting plan is not required.
- Flooring requirements: 7-inch raised for EST at Range 3, 6-inch for billeting tents at parade field.
- Cooling: HVAC systems may be proposed in lieu of ceiling fans.
- Water Heaters: On-board systems are acceptable but must be safety distanced; an external boiler system is recommended if feasible.
