Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive EFI&T of a VTC system capable of supporting both NIPRNET and SIPRNET operations. Key deliverables and requirements include:
- System Design & Installation: Providing all equipment, labor, and supervision to design and install a VTC system that integrates with government-furnished equipment, Microsoft Teams, and existing audio/video matrix switchers.
- Hardware Installation: Installation of two 98-inch NEC screens, a confidence monitor, a podium monitor, a multi-zone clock display, and a VTC rack monitor. This also includes primary cameras with automatic speaker tracking and a ceiling-mounted audio system.
- Control & Integration: Implementation of a user-friendly touch-panel control system with four panels, offering "One-Touch" system presets for various call types. Integration of electronic signs for security classification display and lighting that changes color based on network enclave.
- Infrastructure: Provision and installation of a new 42RU lockable equipment cabinet, a 3kVA UPS, and two Power Distribution Units. Utilization of existing conduits and cable trays for neat and concealed cabling.
- Connectivity: User-facing BYOD connection points (USB-C) at the podium, conference table, and VTC equipment rack.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensuring all equipment components comply with cybersecurity requirements, including DISA and JITC APLs, and are sustainable for a minimum of five years. Adherence to red/black guidance and TEMPEST requirements.
- Testing & Training: Performing installation testing, providing a three-year warranty (excluding Cisco equipment), and conducting user and system maintainer training.
