• Labor Hours & Funding: The 1,808 hours are an estimate, not a funded ceiling. This is a labor hour type purchase order. The base year funding is fully obligated at award, with option year funding details in the Solicitation. The 336 summer compensatory education hours are inclusive of the total estimated hours. Parent-teacher conference and after-school hours are billable at the same labor rate for key personnel/SPED Teacher, as per the scope of work. A transition period for a mid-year hired permanent BIE employee is allowed per the scope of work.
