Scope of Work
The contractor will provide SOF Subject Matter Expert (SME) Curriculum Services, including curriculum development and instructional support. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting formal courses such as Summer Mountain Leaders Course (SMLC), Winter Mountain Leaders Course (WMLC), Scout Skiers Course (SSC), and Mountain Operations Staff Planning Considerations (MOSPC).
- Providing SOF SME support for planning, scenario development, training objective development, and evaluation during Mountain Exercises (MTX).
- Developing, revising, and maintaining instructional materials and schedules.
- Delivering classroom instruction and facilitating working groups.
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Preparing and submitting various reports, including After Action Reports (AARs) and monthly performance assessment reports.
