The NAICS code is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) with a $15 million size standard. This is a recompete, with Strategic Advantage Solutions International identified as the incumbent.
Key Requirements
The requirement is for one (1) Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, on-site at MCMWTC. Remote work is generally not an option, except for situational telework during inclement weather. Contractor personnel must possess a TS/SCI security clearance eligibility at the time of proposal submission, verified by the MAGTFTC Special Security Office. The SOF SME must have a minimum of 12 years of cumulative SOF experience, 2 years of instructional experience, and meet specific physical fitness standards. All travel costs, including anticipated CONUS travel, must be included in the unit cost of the CLIN and will not be reimbursed separately. Two separate monthly reports, a Performance Assessment Report (PAR) and a status report, are required.
Evaluation Factors

Technical Capability will be rated using adjectival ratings (Outstanding, Good, Acceptable, Marginal, Unacceptable).
