- General Vault Pumping: For Host Cabin Septic Tanks, RV Host Site Septic Tanks, and other locations, including disposal and backfilling with water (except for septic tanks).
- Wet Wells (Sumps): Servicing at Host Cabin site, including sludge/grease removal and equipment inspection.
- Waterless Sweet Smelling Toilet (SST) Vaults: Inspection, pumping, cleaning, and backfilling with fresh water. All services must comply with EPA, NEPA, OSHA, and other applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Work will be performed on an "as-needed" basis via task orders. The government will not provide water, and the contractor is responsible for arranging waste disposal with the City and Borough of Sitka's wastewater treatment plant.
