This solicitation is for the Major Maintenance & Repair of the Multi-Mission Building (MMB) and associated facilities at USCG Station Eatons Neck, Northport, NY. The project involves comprehensive repairs and upgrades, including the removal of lead and asbestos, selective exterior work (windows, doors, siding, fire escapes, decks, roofing, sheathing, insulation), and interior work (fire alarm system, lighting, HVAC, bathroom finishes, painting).

• Replacement of exterior siding, doors, and damaged sheathing/insulation.
