Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the procurement of:
- One (1) U-SHAPED SEAL ASSEMBLY: MOLDED J-BULB 1-3/4" DIA BULB X 9/16" TAIL X 4" OAW, 3-WAY MOLDED CORNERS, HOT FACTORY VULCANIZE SPLICED TO SIZE (12FT 10" WIDE X 4FT 8-1/2" TALL W/ 5" OFFSET) (OR 41 Standard Shop Tolerances) USACE Natural Rubber Gate Material SU13366 with A 60-70A Durometer Hardness. Seals must be fabricated from neoprene, compounded and cured to meet specific physical properties including Shore "A" durometer hardness (60-70), minimum ultimate tensile strength (2,500 lbs/in²), minimum elongation at break (400 percent), maximum compression set (30%), and maximum change in weight in water (10%).
- Twelve (12) different sizes of HOLLOW CORE DRILL BITS: Ranging from 3/8" to 1". Only new products will be accepted.
