The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisition Management, Worldwide Division, Functional Bureau Support Branch (AQM/WWD/FBSB) is issuing this amendment # A002 to RFP # 19AQMM19R0004, which was issued for the Subscriber Radio Program. The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the requirements. Accordingly, the following changes are made:

1. Attachment 1, Statement of Objectives is replaced in its entirety with the Attachment 1, Statement of Objectives that is attached to this amendment.
2. Attachment 2, Subscriber Radio Pricing is replaced in its entirety with the Attachment 2, Subscriber Radio Pricing that is attached to this amendment.
3. All other provisions, terms and conditions remains unchanged.

The changes to the attachments were made in response to the questions received from potential vendors and to more accurately reflect the Government's requirements. Note that a question and answer (Q&A) document is also posted.

The proposal due date and time remain unchanged, and are December 5, 2018, 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time. The attached letter from SBA provides clarification of the non-manufacturer rule waiver. Another amendment will follow next week to clarify the RFP, and, a question and answer document will also be provided.
