The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisition Management, Worldwide Division, Functional Bureau Support Branch (AQM/WWD/FBSB) is issuing this amendment # A002 to RFP # 19AQMM19R0004, which was issued for the Subscriber Radio Program. The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the requirements. Accordingly, the following changes are made:

1. Attachment 1, Statement of Objectives is replaced in its entirety with the Attachment 1, Statement of Objectives that is attached to this amendment.
2. Attachment 2, Subscriber Radio Pricing is replaced in its entirety with the Attachment 2, Subscriber Radio Pricing that is attached to this amendment.
3. All other provisions, terms and conditions remains unchanged.

The changes to the attachments were made in response to the questions received from potential vendors and to more accurately reflect the Government's requirements. Note that a question and answer (Q&A) document is also posted.

The proposal due date and time remain unchanged, and are December 5, 2018, 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time. See attachments.

The amendment letter, A002, mistakenly states that another amendment is anticipated. No other amendment is anticpated at this time. The RFP has been clarified and questions and answers have been provided. Note also that the last attachment package is labled as amendment 1 but is actually amendment 2.
