The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Acquisition Management, Worldwide Division, Functional Bureau Support Branch (AQM/WWD/FBSB) is issuing this amendment # A004 to RFP # 19AQMM19R0004, which was issued for the Subscriber Radio Program. The purpose of the amendment is to clarify the requirements. Accordingly, the following change is made:

1. An error was made on question and answer number 31, the answer should read: "No, The bullet will remain "Ability to be GPS capable / NMEA input - output, TIA-102. BAJB Section 3.2.2.2. The GPS capability must be internal to the radio." in 5.0 Section A for Handhelds and 5.0 Section B for Mobile equipment. The entirety of the bullet has been removed from 5.0 Section C Base Station Equipment."
2. All other provisions, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.

The changes to the Statement of Objectives (SOO) attachment and question and answer (Q&A) attachment noted above for questions 31 were made, and the revised Q&A and SOO are provided with this amendment.
