The requirement is for SAP® RISE Cloud Hosting Licenses and Maintenance to host DLA's ERP environment in a FedRAMP Impact Level 4 (IL4) certified cloud. Key services include:
- Cloud Hosting: Provision of an IL4 certified environment for SAP and non-SAP applications (Sandbox, Development, System Test, Stage, Production, HA, COOP) on Amazon Web Services (AWS) NS2 Secure HANA Cloud.
- Managed Services: Comprehensive support including environment planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, service delivery, application administration, patching, ticket resolution, and cybersecurity activities like code scanning and penetration testing.
- Cybersecurity: Adherence to stringent requirements including FedRAMP IL4, NIST standards, and DoD security policies, encompassing audit/event log management, vulnerability assessment, malware protection, and incident response.
- Licensing: Continued licensing for the DLA ERP Environment, including specific components like Procurement for Public Section (PPS) Licenses, Business Technology Platform (BTP) Work Zone Tool, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Licenses.
