Evaluation
Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work, in accordance with 40 United States Code Chapter 11 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6 (effective February 1, 2026, FAR Subpart 36.2). If fewer than three small business SF 330s are received, or if fewer than three small businesses are deemed most highly qualified for the reserve pool, those firms will be considered in the unrestricted category.
