Evaluation

Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work, in accordance with 40 United States Code Chapter 11 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6 (effective February 1, 2026, FAR Subpart 36.2).
