Evaluation & Procurement
Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work, in accordance with 40 United States Code Chapter 11 and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6 (effective February 1, 2026, FAR Subpart 36.2). The Government seeks the most highly qualified firms. A Small Business Reserve is in place; if fewer than three qualified small businesses are identified, they will be considered in the unrestricted category.
