Set-Aside Details
This opportunity is for Full and Open Competition with a Small Business Reserve. If fewer than three small business SF 330s are received, those firms will be considered in the unrestricted category. Similarly, if fewer than three small business firms are determined most highly qualified for a reserve pool, they will be added to the unrestricted category for evaluation and potential award.
Evaluation
Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work, in accordance with the selection criteria specified in the notice and FAR 36.6 (effective February 1, 2026, FAR Subpart 36.2). The Government seeks the most highly qualified firms.
