This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure one (1) T-158LL Track Shoe and Pin Assembly Press for the Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Rubber Products Branch. The press is used to insert rubberized pin bushings into track shoe assemblies for tracked military vehicles. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate solicitation document will be issued.

• Manufacture and supply one (1) T-158LL Track Shoe and Pin Assembly Press.

• Fabrication and assembly must be in accordance with RRAD drawings: 12387879 Revision A, 2033577, and 2033591.

• The contractor shall identify and supply a suitable hydraulic power unit.

• The press must demonstrate successful performance in accordance with the provided track assembly specification.

• The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, statutes, regulations, and safety standards (including OSHA and NFPA).

• Equipment must be constructed of new, defect-free parts and be interchangeable.

• All surfaces must be clean and free of harmful or extraneous materials.

• Measuring and indicating devices must be graduated in U.S. Customary Units.

• The equipment shall be designed for maintainability.

• A one (1) year warranty against defective materials, design, and workmanship is required.
