Scope of Work
The contractor shall manufacture and supply the T-158LL Assembly Press in accordance with RRAD drawings 12387879 Revision A, 2033577, and 2033591. Key requirements include identifying and supplying a suitable hydraulic power unit, demonstrating successful performance per track assembly specifications, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, statutes, regulations, and safety standards (including OSHA and NFPA). The equipment must be constructed of new, defect-free, interchangeable parts, designed for maintainability, and include a one-year warranty against defects.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm Fixed Price - requirements type contract. Delivery is required FOB destination no later than ten (10) months after contract award. The place of performance is Texarkana, TX.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers must be submitted electronically by the deadline and be complete, self-sufficient, and directly responsive to requirements. Submissions consist of two parts: Part I - Price and Part II - Technical Data Package (TDP). Evaluation will be based on the lowest responsive offer considering technical capability, past performance, and price. Technical evaluation will be on a go/no-go or pass/fail basis, while price evaluation will rank offers from lowest to highest Total Evaluated Price (TEP).
