Performance Standards & Requirements

  • All production crew members must be experienced professionals. The contractor must maintain an effective quality control program, monitored via a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) with 100% inspection.
  • Response time for calls/emails to ILEAD Executive Producer or COR is within one business day. Deliverables are subject to review within 5 business days, with 3 days for contractor revisions.
  • Contractor may need to provide video production equipment not supplied by ILEAD.
  • Compliance with records management laws (NARA) is required; all data created is the property of the U.S. Government.
  • Contracted personnel will not access VA information systems and will be escorted if at a VA facility.
  • Monthly reporting of all BPA Delivery/Task Orders is required. Travel is reimbursable per GSA Federal Travel Regulation for specific task orders. Invoicing will be monthly in arrears via OB10 Tungsten.
