Key Requirements for Offerors
Offerors must demonstrate extensive experience and capability, including:
- Providing at least three samples of previous freelancer/field crew work (within the last three years) for quality evaluation.
- Submitting at least ten examples of nationwide field video production completed within the last three years.
- Demonstrating staff and business infrastructure for contract administration, including rapid response, simultaneous scheduling, timely invoicing, and appropriate insurance.
- Providing at least three examples of studio video production services in St. Louis, MO (within the last three years).
- Demonstrating experience in locating, casting, and paying union and non-union actors nationwide (at least three examples).
- Outlining quality control procedures for screening and evaluating freelancers/field crews.
