The contractor is responsible for providing a trailer/platform for unit placement on a sloped grass surface, ensuring leveling and stability, along with all necessary accessories like ductwork, cabling, and electrical whips. Performance standards include HVAC technician dispatch within one hour of notification for maintenance and unit replacement within 24 hours if unrepairable. One preventative maintenance visit is required halfway through the rental period. Delivery and installation are required within two weeks of contract award.

Key Requirements & Deliverables
Contractors must provide a Program Manager as a single point of contact. All personnel working on Robins AFB must complete mandatory Environmental Management System (EMS) Awareness Training and ISO 50001 Energy Management System (EnMS) Training. A Contractor's Safety Plan, adhering to OSHA and Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) requirements, is required within 10 calendar days of award. Accident/Incident Reports must be submitted telephonically within four hours and electronically within three calendar days of an incident. Compliance with Government Security Regulations (NISPOM, DAFI 31-101) and Operations Security (OPSEC) is mandatory; however, no security clearance is required for this role. Invoices and payment requests will be submitted via PIEE/WAWF.
