• Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO): Minimum qualifications as per EM 385-1-1.

• Project Superintendent: Minimum 5 years construction experience, with at least 2 years as superintendent on similar commercial projects.

• Alternates are required for PM, QCM, and SSHO.

• Quality control shall be executed in accordance with specification section 01 45 00.00 10.

• Contractor shall establish an inspection system to monitor task execution.

• Deficiency prevention methods are required.
